• Option 2: You supply material as per your budget and taste, Actual Property Maintenance completes the job.

Q. What Type of Payment do you accept?
A. We accept Cash, Cheques and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes we require a 40% deposit as per the quoted price prior to the job starting.
